WeMakeThe.City, initiated by Pakhuis de Zwijger, was a major metropolitan festival dedicated to tackling urgent urban challenges, sharing knowledge, and showcasing innovative solutions for the future of cities.
As Campaign Manager for the festival's highly anticipated inaugural edition, I coordinated the marketing and communication strategy that transformed the Amsterdam metropolitan area into a city-wide cultural event. I managed complex promotional rollouts to successfully coordinate a massive, interconnected five-day program.
Our strategic campaign execution drove public engagement and audience development, successfully attracting 30,000+ visitors across 25 conferences, 50 workshops, and 30 city expeditions featuring 600 speakers.
